ChristianAttorneysOnline.com website and its services are made available by ChristiansNetworking.com (“CHRISTIAN NETWORK”), a Christian network enterprise consisting of websites that provide dating services, classified advertising, employment services, Christian businesses network, hotel, hospital, university, and restaurant directories, Christian support groups, listing of Christian churches and many others. Each and every site of the CHRISTIAN NETWORK, including ChristianAttorneysOnline.com, may be used solely under the following terms and conditions of this agreement.

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and ChristianAttorneysOnline.com, whereas the parties herein are accepting the following: CHRISTIAN NETWORK hereby agrees to offer and/or sell its services and you agree to use those services under the terms and conditions mentioned herein. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the ChristianAttorneysOnline.com service.

I understand and agree that my publicly posted information will be viewed by other members and non-members of this site.

Online (off-line) Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the ChristianAttorneysOnline.com service and for your interactions with other ChristianAttorneysOnline.com users.

Members may not use any of the sites in the CHRISTIAN Network (http://www.christiansnetworking.com) in the way that might undermine its integrity and credibility. CHRISTIAN Network will not, under any circumstances aid, hear, defend, listen to, or comment on any complaints from members concerning other members with whom they have entered into a third party financial or business arrangement (which is against CHRISTIAN Network’s policy). CHRISTIAN Network and all of its sites do not endorse any transaction between the individuals, organizations or members.

Any use of CHRISTIAN Network’s name, identification or its logos, must be authorized by the corporate officer in writing or by digital signature agreement.

 

 

 

In no event, in any communication available on our website including but not limited to via telephone, cell phone, text message, instant message system, email, blog, chat room, posting or any other means you may use , any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, illegal or immoral material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

You will not transmit any solicitation, chain letters or junk E-mail to other ChristianAttorneysOnline.com users.

You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

CHRISTIAN Network does not guarantee accuracy of profiles and advertisement posted on its websites. Opinions given by CHRISTIAN Network’s staff are not professional statements directly attributed to problem solving or resolving conflicts among/or between third parties and/or members.

Indemnity

You as an individual member or organization will indemnify and hold harmless CHRISTIAN Network, its staff, directors, employees and agents, for any losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fee) relating to or arising out of your use of ChristianAttorneysOnline.com service. Such indemnification shall include but not limited to any unauthorized software tampering, possible down site(s) / server, damages caused by individuals that have damaging preconceived ideas with ulterior motives or any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any and all formal complaints shall be in writing to CHRISTIAN Network headquarters. CHRISTIAN Network chat rooms and any other interactive areas of the websites are strictly for the use of individual members (CHRISTIAN Network packages).

Membership programs and fees

 

 

 

 

Each CHRISTIAN Network web site posts its own membership fees separately.

If your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund without any deductions. You also have the right to switch, change, put on hold or cancel your membership by giving CHRISTIAN Network a three (3) day written notice by mail or email. CHRISTIAN Network has the right to charge my account only the applicable Membership Fees, which you have accepted when submitted your online application.

The fees will be charged monthly, in advance (unless otherwise selected) to your credit card according to the package selected. There may be additional charges in regards to other features / benefits that are not included with the free membership packages. Additional charges may be assessed per the items described in the application form(s). For security purposes, you agree that your benefits under your membership package will not be transferred to anyone else including but not limited to my family members, friends or coworkers.

In case of any dispute in regards to charges, you agree to try to resolve the issue by contacting CHRISTIAN Network directly by email, mail, fax or phone before contacting or resorting to other measures. You further agree not to be in direct competition or conflict with CHRISTIAN Network and/or its affiliated sites that are listed on www.ChristiansNetworking.com.

Usage of other people’s credit card

ChristianAttorneysOnline.com does not accept credit or debit cards from a third party. This means that the new members cannot use credit or debit cards other than their own. The waver consideration of this issue by ChristianAttorneysOnline.com requires the third party's signed written authorization, referring to the card holder's full name, address, contact information, first 4 digits and the last 4 digits of the account on the credit/debit card used for the transaction, card's expiration date, the selected membership package and the amount for that package. Authorizations sent via email will not be accepted.

The written authorization must state the duration of the approval to avoid recurring charges on the credit/debit card as the membership is renewed.

The third party herein is referred to, but not limited to the new member's relatives, friends, U.S. Corporations or other legal entity.

Members of CHRISTIAN Network

We pray for the types of Christian individuals and Corporate Executives that we are attracting through CHRISTIAN Network and its affiliated sites. As we believe in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers".

At CHRISTIAN Network, we hope that you ask, seek and knock. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened" (Matthew 7:7-12). "Have faith in God. Whatever you '(as a CHRISTIAN Network member)' ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24)

As a new member, you promise that you will not worry. "Do not worry about your life". "Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?" (Luke 12:22-26)

As a new member, you promise that you will not judge. "You have no excuse to pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things." (Romans 2:1-4)

Press on towards your goal by doing business with other Christians through CHRISTIAN Network. "Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead". (Philippians 3:12-16)

We hope that you will be patient with all our sites, as some of them may still be under construction or development. "Be patient, then brothers, until the Lord’s coming. We request that you, as a member, help us by reporting any incidents. Including but not limited to: suspicious activities related to drugs, money or sex solicitations, political influences, illegal transactions, hackers, members with proven criminal records and all types of pornography related issues. You agree to pay any and all charges posted on the site, which are related to your selected package(s) without any dispute. CHRISTIAN NETWORK reserves the right to refuse and/or remove a membership as reasoned in our removal policy.

Policy for removal or cancellation of members

CHRISTIAN Network and its affiliate sites reserve the right to refuse and/or remove a member solely based on internal documents that may prove one or any combination of the reason(s) listed below:

- Any member that is under the age of 18 (including teenagers without parental permission).

- Any member/owner who does not adhere to our biblical principals (Articles of Faith).

- Any incomplete application or purposely altered data.

- Any use of statements that are racial, sexual or offensive to the public.

- Any failure to provide updated information by email or mail.

- Any inappropriate solicitations other than those approved material by CHRISTIAN Network.

- Any person that is seeking to cheat, steals, hurt, condemn or sabotages others.

- Any person / Company that alters the products or services on the site after the initial approval.

- Any direct competition with existing sites of CHRISTIAN NETWORK as to be determined by CHRISTIAN NETWORK staff.

CHRISTIAN Network may choose not to disclose to the member the reason(s) for which a termination has been based.

Refund Policy

CHRISTIAN Network has a NO REFUND POLICY. It states that there will not be refund(s) given at any time. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you do not wish your credit card to be charged.

All membership fees are automatically charged in advance and posted to your account per your selected membership package on a recurring basis, unless you have canceled your membership. Once the notice is received your account will be cancelled and there will be NO refunds for unused membership period. The cancellation notice does not grant or in anyway imply a refund. Christian Attorneys Online does not guarantee results through this ministry.

FULL REFUNDS will be given in the following cases:

- Any fraud on behalf of the member, with proof transmitted by the Credit Card Company, credit union or bank.

- Any error on our part in overcharging.

- Any duplicate submissions.

- Any other case(s) on its merit(s) under submission and approved by CHRISTIAN Network

Also ChristianAttorneysOnline.com will issue a refund within 72 hours of an initial subscription provided that none of the Services have been utilized. Beyond these conditions, requests for refunds will be at the sole discretion of ChristianAttorneysOnline.com and will be reviewed on a member to member basis.

Hereby you agree to not resort to any claims for charge back through your credit card company or your bank and that once your application is accepted and approved by CHRISTIAN Network, there will be no refunds for the entire period of the membership. You can exchange your package for a different type of package and/or benefit(s) so long as the additional charges (if any) are adjusted, prorated or paid. Any further changes during this period would first have to be consented to and by CHRISTIAN Network unless otherwise noted as additional charges may be assessed per the related application of the site(s).

Privacy policy for CHRISTIAN Network members

Please be reminded that we are a Christian networking enterprise and expect all activities to be performed under the highest degree of integrity and honesty as Christian members. ChristiansNetworking.com wants our members to feel safe. Our data collection separates to what is "private" and what is "public" information. Our goal is to protect your private information in our secure site. Your data, under no circumstance, will be given to a third party website or marketing firm.

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. You can review our private policy by referring to the Privacy Policy section of each site.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will CHRISTIAN Network be liable (i) to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, lost profits, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Our ChristianAttorneysOnline.com Service, even if ChristianAttorneysOnline.com or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages or (ii) to any person other than you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, CHRISTIAN Network liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to ChristianAttorneysOnline.com for the Service during the term of membership.

In addition, CHRISTIAN Network disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users (including, but not limited to, unauthorized users, or "hackers") of the ChristianAttorneysOnline.com Service.

Termination

Either you or CHRISTIAN Network may terminate your ChristianAttorneysOnline.com membership at anytime, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. CHRISTIAN Network management reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the ChristianAttorneysOnline.com service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to our attention.

Your membership in the ChristianAttorneysOnline.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

This Agreement is final

This agreement is a full recourse agreement. The Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California of the United States of America and any action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in state or federal courts located in California and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. If any part of this agreement is proven to be unenforceable in any State or Country, the remaining parts shall remain enforceable and active.

Lawsuits among believers are not permitted by CHRISTIAN Network standards. "If you have disputes about such matters, appoint as judges even men of little account in the Church". (1 Corinthians 6:1-8)

Any dispute(s) regarding to this agreement, which cannot be settled by the parties, shall be submitted for final arbitration (in The United States) to U.S. Chamber Of Commerce in Washington, D.C. and (in Europe, Asia and Middle East) to "Chamber Du Commerce Et De L’Industrie De Geneve" in Geneva, Switzerland or Paris France.

Acceptance of the Agreement

Although, at this time, signing this agreement by you is not possible in person or electronically, by submitting your advertisement or membership application you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with this membership Agreement and you are hereby accepting this Agreement and all terms and conditions related herein.

Hereby you represent that in the State or the Country that you are living, you are considered to be within the legal age group. You have read the entire Agreement and understand and accept all aspects of this legally binding Agreement.

Simply let your "Yes" be "Yes", and your "No" be "No". "Anything beyond this comes from the evil one" (Matthew 5:37)

The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are subject to change by CHRISTIAN Network at any time, without notice, effective upon posting of a link to same on the ChristianAttorneysOnline.com website.

I UNDERSTAND, UNLESS I ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A MEMBER.
